Minerals – Eating The Good Earth!

No, you don’t actually need to eat earth but your health depends on minerals. It is from fruit and vegetables harvested from the earth that you get the minerals you need to stay healthy.  Don’t forget meat – animals feed on grass so they too are a source of minerals.
