Exercise is important and is also an excellent way to improve mental health fitness.

For people whose jobs keep them sitting at a desk or long sessions driving, exercise is essential. The message now is to get up and move around, even to stand while doing your work! Exercise is especially important when taking long haul flight to prevent the onset of deep veined thrombosis, so while on the plan follow the suggested exercise regime.

Exercising in the company of others is good for relaxation and social interaction. Exercise – vigorous, in moderation, or gentle – will depend on fitness, but it is important to exercise regularly. Make sure you select exercise you will enjoy doing!
